The Arthritis Foundation created the Ease-of-Use program to encourage manufacturers to design user-friendly products and packaging. Products are submitted for testing to an independent lab experienced in the design and evaluation of products that are accessible to people with functional limitations due to the effects of arthritis. The program makes it easier for those with arthritis to find easy-to-use products designed to be comfortable and effective.
